Thématique : The present talk will cover findings obtained within collaborations amongst the Lifebrain Consortia, the Barcelona Brain Health Initiative and the MeditAging European cohorts. The presentation will cover observations of how modifiable factors, focusing on education, sleep and psychological factors, shape individual risk and resilience profiles for cognitive aging and risk of neurodegeneration, highlighting the necessity of considering a lifespan approach in this area of research.
