My research focuses on linking subjective cognitive experiences to cognitive trajectories and multimodal biomarkers, particularly at early and preclinical stages of Alzheimer’s disease. I work with locally acquired and international multi-cohort datasets, using quantitative approaches including MRI, PET, and longitudinal statistical modeling to characterize heterogeneity in subjective cognitive profiles and their cognitive and biological underpinnings.
I completed my PhD at the University of Caen Normandy (2017–2021) under the supervision of Dr. Gaël Chételat, and subsequently conducted a three-year postdoctoral fellowship in Germany at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE) in Bonn (2022–2025), in the team of Prof. Dr. Michael Wagner.
After returning to France, I am now extending this work to integrate psychosocial factors and complementary qualitative and speech-based data, with the long-term objective of informing integrative risk phenotyping and preventive approaches beyond a single-disease framework.
